Moulin Rouge

One of my favorite movies. It could be the crazy busy and hectic scenes and costumes, it could be the modernized covers of some great hit songs, it could be Ewan and Nicole, or it could be the hopeless romantic in me that would love to believe that love lasts forever.

After watching many of Drew's movies, like Hoosiers (Indiana basketball team - a given, right?), Blow, and some Chris Farley movies, I finally convinced him to watch one of my movies... Moulin Rouge.

He admitted to me that he did NOT like that movie. I had little hope that he would, though. I saw his eyes closed a couple times, even though he denies it. But I'm glad he watched it with me. So thank you, Drew!

I love quite a few things about this movie. For example, the songs.

Ewan sings an awesome cover of Your Song by Elton John.

Ewan and Nicole sing a beautiful song called Come What May.

There is the Elephant Love Medley.
