Seriously?

It's amazing how I could be having a really good day and when I get to work, I feel like I'm totally disrespected and unconsidered.

For example: who takes the fridge and microwave out of the spa's back closet with MY food in it? Yeah, that's right. They moved the spa's fridge and microwave, without notifying the spa because apparently they don't care. And they took the food that was in the fridge with them. Here's the funny thing: the fridge and microwave are NOT hotel property. In fact, the microwave is mine. And the fridge was purchased by a preceeding spa manager. Are you kidding?

Here's another instance: front desk referred guests to our changing rooms and showers. The showers are in the changing rooms. We have only two changing rooms. These rooms are for SPA GUESTS only. Why? Because robes and slippers and personal baskets are kept and stocked here. And oh yeah, so the SPA guests can change. Front Desk and other hotel personnel know that the showers are for SPA GUESTS ONLY, however they seem to ignore this fact or conveniently "forget" about this rule. What happened today? Oh, people were let into our showers. My thing is... if front desk or any other person who allows people into our changing rooms wants to clean up after the guests' showers, then I would be happy to let people use our showers under my permission. And here's another thing about one of the rooms: it floods. Ha. Imagine cleanin' that one up.

Rude. So rude. I don't get the lack of respect or consideration around here. It fries my ass, I'll tell ya' that much.

Anyway, I'm driving home tonight. Yay!!
