Suggestions? Recommendations?
I need to start working out. Badly. I've become so exercise lazy. I look back at my tennis days and realize how fit I was... specifically during my Saddleback days. Since I didn't really change my eating habits after stopping all the physicality of tennis, I have obviously gained. Mucho. So, I need to start kicking my ass and getting on top of it.
I need a few things to do so:
- 10 firmly supporting sports bras (must wear two at a time)
- Biofreeze for sore, achy muscles
- Self-motivation and determination
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stay motivated? I've gone as far as writing on my bathroom mirrors in lipstick to figure it out. Let me know what you do to ensure you get out of bed to work out?
If you come up with motivation let me know. I need to start working out. I miss those Saddleback days where we dominated :)
