Diehards

So my softball days are over, but the memories are still very dear to me. I like to reminisce about my glory days with my mit and bat and I love remembering all the friendships that were made. My teams were always really close and it brings a lot of great memories... not just for me but for my parents and sister as well.

Anyway, I got tagged in a girl's picture on Facebook, so I looked at it and it was a super old photo of the Diehards at a slumber party. Super fun. If you don't remember or know the Diehards, they were my travel softball team. Some of my best years, let me tell ya'. So we all started commenting on this picture and decided we were going to reunite.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make the reunion because of work and well... because I live in AZ. But 6 of the girls were able to and their parents joined in - cuz of course, the parents were the other half of the Diehards. Pictures of the reunion posted on Jillian's Facebook this morning (the day after). I went through them and cried. A lot of great times with my Diehards. I took the pics from Jill's Facebook and wanted to share them for my family to see, considering the parents were there. :-)
